I’ve purchased several sizes (and multiple pairs) of these over time to figure out what worked best for me, so here’s my review. I am a 16/18 in Misses pants/skirts, with a short inseam (28″/29″) for my height. These are a perfect length for me. I wear Large Petite or XL petite in Betabrand bootcut jeggings and these are my go-to for skinny jeggings. I love the high rise and faux botton, as it makes wearing these really versatile and comfortable, with the option to tuck or untuck your top. 🙂
Initially I tried the 1X, but they were actually too big. There is generous stretch. I have found that I can wear a Large in these for the pure black pants, but the dark indigo wash become tight after the first washing and drying, for whatever reason. Must be a slightly different fabric composition and perhaps the interaction with the dye. So I need an XL in that color.
If you treat your denim ideally–cooler rinse, air dry in the dryer or line dry–you’ll definitely get more mileage out of the dark indigo wash before the color starts to fade and mellow. (For the record, didn’t notice any fading with the black pants.) Still totally nice, wearable jeans, but it won’t stay that super rich blue forever. So buy multiple pairs to rotate!
On the other hand, I like that you can wear these several times before washing because they don’t sag out in one day. And, unlike some other brands, you won’t be getting a crotch rip or seam hole on the first day. I say this as a plus sized pear who carries her curves in thighs and hips. 🙂 Happy shopping!

These fit well. I ordered the denim and after wearing them, I ordered them in black. These may be too short for some people. I am 5’3 and the length is good for me. A little long but don’t need to be hemed.

These are by far the best skinny pants I’ve tried. The fabric is soft & stretchy – really comfortable – but still has a really nice look to it. They don’t pick up lint & pet hair as bad as other fabrics I’ve tried so they look nice beyond just straight out of the wash. Definitely the best of both worlds. Can’t recommend these enough.

Finally I have found a pair of pull on Jeans that come up high enough over my pudgy belly. I am very high waisted and have long legs with an inseam of 31. I have returned so many jeans but these are comfortable and fit. I am 5′ 7″ and weigh 162 pounds. I sometimes wear a large in leggings but I bought these in size XL. They are a good fit. I only gave them 4 stars because of the length. I usually buy brands that sell talls. I am keeping these but I took the hem down and now wear them with a raw edge. Its fine!. I wish they came in a more washed out denim.

I’ve been looking for jeggings like this for YEARS. Great stretch, they are very comfortable BUT they really look like jeans. Most of the jeggings I’ve tried which are comfortable don’t really LOOK like jeans — they look like leggings trying hard to look like jeans but failing. These also have a higher rise — others I’ve tried give me a muffin top. LOVE THESE!

I am 5:3” tall and weight 160lbs. I ordered size L but it is too long. The pants are a little loose also around the tights. I am disappointed because I had order before size L and they were perfect. I wanted to order L petite but they don’t have that option.

I followed the directions when I finally got these and washed them separately to avoid the dye leaking. These are super cute and definitely look like jeans, but also pretty comfy. I’m 4 months postpartum and didn’t love how I looked in jeans, but was sick of constantly wearing leggings and oversized shirts. However, after wearing these a few times, I noticed they started dying everything blue! The shoes I was wearing, the shirt, and even my undies. I would totally understand if I didn’t wash prior, but this was after multiple washes and while I was wearing it. So be careful!
